One month of 2012 almost gone! So, this week, it’s time for a nudge – to stop and rid yourself of any excuses you make for not eating well, exercising regularly or making your fitness a priority.
An “excuse day” is a day where you’ve decided to let excuses win and you don’t eat well or exercise.
