PRIME CONDITION promotes active lifestyles among our clients through example, education and encouragement.
PRIME CONDITION is a club whose members share one thing in common: the desire to be the best they can be. Membership gives them the opportunity to train with like-minded people – be they highly ranked amateur athletes, weekend warriors or ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
Training sessions are held after work, Mondays to Thursdays in the City Botanic Gardens and on Saturday mornings at Toowong Memorial Park or on the slopes of Mt Cootha. You can choose Healthy Half Hours or challenge yourself with the Hour of Power sessions. See our timetable to plan your sessions for the week.
