We encourage people to live their active lifestyles and provide opportunities for them to do so through our regular Outdoor Group Training sessions, monthly Mt Cootha MADNESS and PRIME Condition team participation in outdoor events, such as fun runs and adventure races.

Your trainer is Paul Mould. His background in sports fitness covers athletics, basketball and martial arts. He says “I like to train people to be able to do things, not just lose weight or build muscle. I train them to create their own Active Lifestyle.”

Most recently, Paul has competed in the growing multisport arena and enjoys participating in team based challenges such as the 96km Kokoda Challenge. He can be regularly found pounding the paths crisscrossing Mt Cootha.
